At South City Residency, we strive to provide our residents and or customers with convenient access to well-managed club facilities. This Refund Policy governs all booking cancellations and refunds related to the use of club facilities made through our official website.
All bookings are confirmed only after approval by the South City Residency management and successful payment completion through the provided payment link.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or displayed on the resident’s booking account.
Residents/customers may cancel facility bookings by submitting a cancellation request through the website (from registered email) or by contacting the administrative office.
Refund eligibility is based on the timing of the cancellation:
100% Refund: Cancellation made at more than 96 working hours before the scheduled booking time.
50% Refund: Cancellation made between 72-96 hours before the scheduled booking time.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking time.
South City Residency reserves the right to cancel bookings due to emergencies, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, residents will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
If a resident fails to use the facility at the booked time without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used for booking.
Transaction fees or convenience charges (if any) may be non-refundable, depending on the payment gateway’s policy.
Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised in writing to the South City Residency Administrative Office within 5 working days of the scheduled booking date.
Exceptions to the refund rules may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, subject to management’s discretion and original supporting documents. But exceptions can not be claimed.
